Settings.
The Settings page is used for changing your Personal and Specific Settings, Syncing a HR Device, Performing either of the Treadmill Tests, accessing your Referral Code, and Logging Out of the app.
Changing your Personal and Specific Settings is an awesome feature of this app. This is especially useful if you are a seasoned runner or even coach and you have a really good feel for how your training plan should look. This feature allows the user to go back to both of the Personal and Specific Settings pages and change selections so that the training plan is modified. For example, let’s say that I initially select that I the Mileage Preference as High. After I fill in the rest of the information and go to view my training plan and realize that the total distance during the highest volume weeks is far too much, I can go back and change my selection to Medium as the Mileage Preference and that will reduce the total volume in each week. You will have the ability to tweak every aspect of the training plan from here…to a certain extent (you will not be able to create 200 mile training weeks).
The other main feature of this page is the Perform Tests button. If you will be tracking your fitness while following the training plan (which I highly recommend) you will be able to re-perform the treadmill tests by going to this page. Note: You can only perform the fitness tests once per month (performing them daily or even weekly will not produce beneficial results).
